  • 24 hours notice required for all orders (no exceptions).
  • If we do not have an item that you are requesting, we will call you with potential substitutions.
  • Any items marked with *special order, may require more than 24 hours notice and may also require a minimum order amount.
  • All items need to be cut and weighed, so final pricing will not be available until your order is complete.
  • We prefer that you come into the shop to pay for your order (unless you’re utilizing the “curbside pick up” option.
  • For curbside pickups (you pay over the phone and we bring your order out to your car) a 5% gratuity will be added.
  • You may request that we keep your credit card info in our POS system. It is safe, secure and then you do not need to repeat card info every time.
