The Butchery began as a concept when Jeff and Leah were traveling through Europe, visiting different small, family run specialty shops filled with quality foods and ingredients. In an era of giant grocery chains & box stores, they wanted to revive that personalized face to face interaction that is disappearing from our day to day lives.

The Butchery focuses on bringing fresh, quality products to its customers, with an emphasis on supporting farms throughout the region as well as the state.
