In December of 2011, we decided to open Bridge Street Butchery to provide the Mad River Valley the finest ingredients we could find and give customers the opportunity to create amazing meals from their own kitchens. We designed our retail menus around one simple premise…if it isn’t the best and the absolute very freshest, we won’t sell it.

Our culinary team individually have all cooked professionally in some capacity bringing a sharp focus and understanding of the importance of how we treat our ingredients, our farmers, our fisherman, our customers and our community. The result has been an amazing journey in sourcing organic, responsibly raised and sustainable products from both the land and sea.
